Our firm has been a participant in the AICPA’s Peer Review program for over 25 years. Firms enrolled in the AICPA Peer Review Program are required to have a peer review once every three years, of their accounting practice. The AICPA oversees the program and the review is administered by an approved independent entity. This strengthens member firms’ quality control and encourages firms to improve its processes. This contributes to the public’s confidence in the accounting profession.

In 1990, NACVA established an association to support the needs of CPAs and other business professionals in their pursuit to provide business and intangible asset valuation and financial litigation consulting services was conceived. Since then, NACVA has garnered the loyal support of thousands of valuators in building the Association and expanding its reach. NACVA has trained over 40,000 CPAs and other valuation and consulting professionals in the fields of business valuation, financial forensics, financial litigation, and various related specialty services serving the legal and business communities.

NACVA’s members are an elite group of people. A substantial group of professionals all with unique skills, who are the most qualified group in the country to serve the needs of the users of valuation, financial forensics, and financial litigation services. NACVA’s members are all very well educated and experienced in a wide range of financial applications; and all credentialed members are required to recertify every three years.
